SR2 Crash when loading New Game/Old Saves

I genuinely have no clue what the problem is, it has worked before in the past but now its just scuffed. I have downloaded GOTR and it still crashes to desktop, looked in the PC FAQ .txt file included and no solution, I have updated all of my DirectX drivers and nothing, decreased almost everything in the visual displays to minimum including running the game windowed and I have even closed out a lot of my background programs like DS4windows and no such luck. Any help on this topic will be highly appreciated
