SR3 Crashing when I start any game type help?

Alright so I have an odd problem. when ever I start the game (Direct x9 and 10/11) the game loads perfectly fine and I can navigate all the menus and such but when ever I try whored mode campaign and or CO-OP campaign it loads for about 10 seconds then it crashes and windows tells me it cant find any problems...

Processor:Intel Core i5-3350 CPU @ 3.10GHz
RAM: 8GB
Operating System:64Bit-Windows 8
GPU:AMD Radeon HD 7350 1024mb
 
If I had to guess it is probably some mod conflict with those modes of game play.

If you are trying to play with another in co-op you both have to be using the exact same mod layout, to the best of my knowledge anyway. I never played co-op here.
