SR4 Save Editor like for SR3?

My favourite feature of SR3 Save Editor C was the possibility to rearrange vehicles in my garage. Could something like this be done for SR4 as well?
 
Anybody is free to add to the existing program, or to create a new one based on it, as it is open source. Or they can make something from scratch!

I expect i'll give it a try some time down the road, but not too soon, because i haven't played yet. If i do, that will definitely be one of the features i'll want in it.
 
What I loved most about the SR3 editor was the New Game + option. You could basically start a new game, but keep all your unlocked stuff, cars, and collectibles. It was awesome! Hope they incorporate that into a SR4 save editor.
