SR4 Upgrade Pack question

First of all, sorry mods if this thread isn't supposed to be discussed in this section or forum. I don't know anywhere else to ask about this game.

Alright, I'm new to saints Row series and purchased the SR4 single pack few days ago from psn. I love the game so far and would like to download the Upgrade Pack tomorrow.

But when I read, Upgrade Pack includes all Dlc. So I assume it includes the Executive Privilege Dlc too? This is the problem. I don't wanna cheat. So, will this dlc auto activate the new cheats??

Off topic question: How do I know if my game has been affected by cheat? I joined a cheater's game and some cheaters joined me, but I quitted as soon as I got the warning. Have I been affected because of that?

It only puts the cheats in your menu. It doesn't activate them or flag your save.

If your save is currently flagged, it will say *CHEAT ENABLED by your save game in the load menu.

So basically cheat will stick to the data eh? That's dangerous.
