With SRIV FINALLY being allowed for Australia, I figured i'd go pre-order it on Steam.
But Steam won't let me pre-order the game and tells me that my card is declined which it isn't as i bought a different game literally minutes after this problem.
So i'm wondering if it's a Steam problem like the Aussie-legal version isn't on Steam yet 'cause I've been trying for the last few days to no avail and I've also been wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if anyone knows what's going on.
 
Ok, after reading your post I tried to preorder it as well.
No problems for me. And it was called the low violence version.
 
I tried load up to Steam AU, the only SR4 there is low violence edition. Try check the store you are connected to.

I think one of the admin should move this to SR4 side of forum, it has nothing to do with SR3.
 
Please use one of the many existing Australia threads in the SRIV forum. Locking thread.
