SRIV WEAPONS GLITCH (I Think)

I unlocked the Semi Auto Shotty through side-quests and such and when i go to Friendly Fire, they're not available in the cache or for purchase.
Can anyone help with this?

EDIT: It actually appears as if the Semi Auto doesn't actually exist in my games files as it is still not given to me when i use the weapons cheats.

Did a fresh re-install and everything's working fine, this thread can be removed.

Have you been doing any modding? Try taking all of your mod files out of your SR4 folder to see if they are messing your game up. (just move them to another folder so you can put them back later)

Also, try starting a new game and using the cheat and see if it still doesn't give you the gun.

Lastly, try verifying the game cache through steam as there could be a missing or corrupted file.
