SRTTR save editor

hello i was wondering if its possible if anyone can make a save editor for saints row the third remastered since there really aint any?

All modded vehicles, including rewards vehicles will get erased with the exception of DLC vehicles, if you edit and save your game using the editor

I just have one question. If the engine code is that similar for the save editor to work, does that mean the activities mods will work as well?

I can't get the Saints Row Collection to find the SRTTR save file, It finds it's proper folders but it keeps telling me there's no save despite me playing the game after the prologue.
