SRIV Standalone Weapon Skins

So I'm not sure if this will be possible or not when the SDK comes out, so I'm asking you, Volition peeps. Will it be possible to add standalone weapon skins into the game, rather than making them replacers for current weapon skins.
 
We don't know yet. We'd love to do that and we have plans to try, but since it isn't done yet we just don't know.

I hope so too! It hinges on the mod system I'm trying to get written in between working on these forums and the myriad of other projects I'm elbow deep in at the moment. Hopefully things will come through and the sky will be the limit.
