Is there a mod that would allow you to sneak up on NPCs as they are being aggressive towards you and your gang? For instance, if an enemy gang member is firing at my gang, could there be a mod that allows me to flank around behind objects to end up behind them, and eliminate them from behind without triggering their automatic detection nonsense? Thanks.

AI awareness is a simple radius value. What you're asking for is impossible.
