Still crashing, only seems to happen in Cutscenes

Preordered my game, preloaded my game and finished the game all with no problems. But ever since the update that prepared us for the President Masks and Hillbilly weapons came out, my game crashes during cutscenes. No mods running, files were all verified in steam. Drivers are all up to date, my computer meets the spec for SRIV and runs SR3 with no problems.

Which cutscene it decides to crash on is different each day, but when it does crash.. it's in the same place all the time.
The error log file below is from a crash earlier today during THE ESCAPE, just as the ship turned up to rescue me.

You might restate your problem, whether you have mods installed and so on. I'd hate to make the same suggestions you may have already heard.

I'm pretty sure this one is for me since I was asking him for a dump. With that I can tell what is going on with a debugger.

Interesting crash that I've never seen before. We're trying to schedule a batch job for the dynamic water and it is crashing down in the lock free queue code. I think we're out of jobs in the queue. Does this happen often? I'd love to reproduce it.

I've played some more today and it hasn't crashed, but now I noticed that my 360 controller stopped rumbling even though it's set to ON in the options, and sometimes menus in shops stop working on controller but I can get back out to the game with Mouse and Keyboard.
I'm going to Microsoft gaming .com or where ever it is you get the Wired 360 Controller drivers to see if it's all up to date. I'll come back after.

EDIT: The site said my driver for 360 controller is up to date. But I deleted it and reinstalled it just to make sure. The game still 'forgets' to rumble some times but hasn't crashed today.

If I can help at all I can throw in a few things here. My game crashes during EVERY cutscene. I've never been able to watch one all the way through, I have to end them pre-maturely just to keep from crashing. Also there is 2 other areas where the game will always crash for me no matter what. Via my two playthroughs so far, I've had them happen in the same areas, resulting in me having to end the process and retry the mission SEVERAL times. Always in cutscenes, and gameplay the 2 places are.. SPOILERS AHEAD DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVEN'T COMPLETED THE GAME




First place, is when you are saving Kinsey from the 50's era, During the fight against the propoganda trucks, I have crashed 4 times. One of those crashes was when I was stomping on her flowers. The second area that I crashed in repeatedly, was bringing paul through the portal, I would get the timer started on protecting the portal, and it would crash repeatedly. Thus making me replay through using pierce and shaundi to get their nightmares through. Also happened with using the other combinations of saints, and like I said, during any cutscene. The only cutscenes I have been able to watch entirely, is the very first before zero saints thirty, and when you're in the whitehouse talking and walking with pierce and king. As soon as the next cutscene starts, (the one where shaundi tells you aliens are attacking) it freezes generally in that spot when you and her start talking. Every other cutscene though, it seems random. If you need anything further from me, I'd love to be of further help. It's really the only problem I have with the game.
