Stop the glitch effect when using the Alien RPG

So my fellow modders/tweakers, I am wondering if there is a way to disable the screen glitch that happens when you use the Alien RPG (I just want to blow things up without the screen getting blurry). See below:

Any ideas?? I've tried the tweak table but I couldn't find anything that worked... Thanks.
