Strange menu screen

I was playing Saints Row IV on PS3, While I was jumping I pressed the select button for the menu, and than is appeared this screen.
I couldn't press anything, and I was obliged to restart the game.

The stag thingy looks like the reward bonus allowing you to take over an entire zone.

Yes, that was an unlockable in SR3. I guess it's a leftover from a test phase.

There's a lot of SR TT still left in SR IV. Though I admit I thought most of that stuff was left in just on the PC version, maybe as a modder's resource or something.
