Stuck at Ronin 09 (Rest in peace) mission, is there a way to skip it?

And also I suck in driving, yeah. It would be nice to simply skip this mission.
Or if you know how to reduce bikes speed, please tell me, 'cause I have absolutely no idea.

In common.vpp_pc\difficulty_levels.xtbl you can make your character deal greater damage. I think that could help.

Ugh... I can't really open common.vpp_pc. At least not with Notepad++
