Super Jumping (Or Better Low Gravity)

Okay so I want to request a mod that lets you jump really high when you enable it (Like a cheat?)
I don't mean ridiculously high like the top of the world , But I mean high enough to jump on top of a house. Are there any mods like this? Or can someone easily make one?

2.Low-Gravity Cheat is : moonwalker

...or just install Sandbox+ (http://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/index.php?threads/sandbox-for-srtt.1076/) and press E + DELETE. When start jump. After every jump you will be higher.

In that all it does is make you jump normally but launch in a "Slow-Motion" type thing.

Alright, So I TRIED to combine my Agility and Strength mod into 1 file.
Please note that it's still a Mod in Progress. I'm still working on it, but I'll let you guys play around with it at your leisure.

Notes: 3/5/12
*Can only climb high RAILINGS and any other CLIMBABLE stuff.
*You can Swim faster, and Sprint faster. I still have yet to figure out how to jump higher.
*You knock people away a little further. It's tricky, but sometimes you can knock a car far away. Still trying to figure that out.

I cant find the download for Agility Mod

What? I gave you link directly to post with attached file! It is combined with super punch, faster swimming and sprint. Unfortunately there are not file only with Agility Mod.
