As far as i know, it should be possible to get one in the game normally, using the RC gun. Am i wrong? I don't have it upgraded far enough to hijack military vehicles yet.
That is correct. Using the RC possessor all you need to do is take it and land it, the pilot will jump out and it is free for the taking. It works for any heli that is piloted by an NPC.
