can anyone make swat suits mod? cause when i play, and facing some swats, i like the swats suits, so anyone can make the mod?

No. Npc clothing cannot be worn by the player. An npc's body and clothes are all one big mesh and not individual items like how they were in SR2.

* DISCLAIMER: There has been some progress made for turning npcs bodies themselves into wearable clothing but it's currently buggy as hell and not really an option. Maybe, one day, if we ever get mesh tools then something can be done.

i saw few weeks about a mod to change the toilet model to a legged toilet, and its not usin the player model, so i think the npc models can be clipping on player like asuit, idk much about modding, but thats wierd, and idk that the nyteblade suit can be clipped,cuz that suit only Josh wearing

Yes, that was my mod. If you had read the thread that brought about its creation you would have seen exactly what's happening. i.e. the toilet is clothing and obscuring parts of the player body.
