Taking over neighborhoods again.

So... I took over some territory. But then obviously I got a message that some gang is attacking it. I didn't have time for this...

Now, how can I take it back to Saints? It's not red anymore and I can't remember which area was it. Will it automatically become mine after beating story?

It should be flashing on your map. If it's not... well... no idea what happened, but it shouldn't work that way. Gangs can never permanently reclaim a hood, so it probably just reset it to your original ownership.
