Tattoo mods?

Hey guys this is my first post on here.

Im looking for a tattoo mod.

I want preferably a full body sleeve tattoo on my character and cant seem to find a mod for it

I would like my character to look like this:

I support him, because i want to make Wei Shen from the new game by square enix called Sleeping Dogs, but i can't due to the shitty tats that SRTT has.

Instead of requiring something specific, why not find a way to dynamically implement tattoos on any body part?
