Team Fortress 2 DLC?

So, I was looking up about that Team Fortress DLC for Saints Row IV and noticed that it was originally a singular pre-order bonus. I noticed however that apparently it was available for Steam purchase on that Saints Row with, but sometimes the wiki isn't exact about everything of course.

So what I am wondering is whether or not this a accurate thing about being able to buy it separately, because it isn't on the Steam store. And even if it isn't, shouldn't I have it anyway? I got my Saints Row IV pre-ordered but I only got the additional code for the American President heads since mine is the "Low-violence/AU" version.

The TF2 DLC is preorder only. It was never for sale anywhere individually after release. If you did preorder and don't have those items, then you should contact Steam support.

I see. I did get the Commander-in-Chief pack as well I should mention. I suppose I should contact Steam support.

I just thought of something: Does that pre-order DLC count if you got the on-disc game or is it a direct Steam pre-order, or both?

The TF2 weapon DLC would have been for a direct Steam pre-order. The disc version (which registers on Steam) would only have had the Commander in Chief DLC code. I would still talk to Steam support just to confirm though.

Oh, well if that is the case, then I suppose I wouldn't have the DLC then. Bummer... I suppose I should work on Steam Support once I get time and such. A lot of things are happening lately so it'll take a few days at best. Thanks IdolNinja!
