teamspeak server

My cousin and i have a teamspeak server with 25slots and i am wondering if the gentlemen of steelport group would be intrested in using it to discuss mods and modding as the steam group chat can get a little clustered.

would there be any interest for this?

I appreciate the offer, but i'm happy using text. If things get complicated, the forum is a great place to have detailed discussion, with code.

People still use Teamspeak? I thought the people who didn't use Ventrilo all migrated to Mumble.

But yeah, the Steam Chat is probably all we need for now.

I'd rather be moving to IRC than voice chat. Voice chat has the awful consequence that if you weren't there you can't read back, and if you weren't paying attention - hey, you missed it.

Agreed, Steam's chat is ... limited in unfortunate ways, even if it is convenient for inviting people to games or something. Although i don't know where the hell i'd put yet another irc window on my screen!
