Texture modding questions/help (Photoshop)...

To anyone who has successfully texture modded SRTT with Photoshop and the Nvidia DDS plugin:

Can you take a screenshot of the profile you use to save each kind of texture?
1. Diffuse map
2. Normal map (Type 1: GREEN vs. ALPHA)
3. Normal map (Type 2: RED vs. GREEN)

Because I can't, for the life of me, get any texture I touch to work.
The game will load, but the thing I've textured is now 100% invisible, or doesn't show the changes.

I've tried to edit a Player Skin Normal, a Homie Diffuse, and a Homie Normal.

When I go to change skin at Image As Designed, when I change skin the player disappears. I go to "accept" anyway, it goes through, and my player shows up again in the skin I've picked. I go back in to IAD, change the body/fitness to max out to the Muscular side (the Normal I edited), and it gets more muscular, but the giant "S" and "T" I've put on the face and torso aren't there, so it's loading a different normal map.

Or, when I go to select a homie, the homie whose body's skin + normal I've edited is 100% invisible. Selectable, non-game-freezing, but invisible.

So if anyone's had success with Photoshop, can you just take a screen of what options you used to save each kind of texture?
(And yes, I've seen scanti's great tutorial, but it uses steps that are unnecessary and impossible in PS)
