Texture Problem

Hi I have a Problem with a few Weapon Textures that I wanted to put into the Game.

I have actually done everything as it is described in the tutorials but Saints Row TT just shows the old Textures and has not updated a single Texture

and i hope Someone of you Guys know what i made wrong and can help me :)
 
How are you installing the new textures?
Modifying the Patch file or putting the loose files into the SRTT main folder (where the executable is)?
