The Incredible Hulk is here to wreak havok upon Steelport and Virtual Steelport. He's been skipping leg day lately, so his thighs are super tiny, despite being maxed out.

Made while using Things to Do In Dominatrix, which has extended body sliders. Let me know if he required this.
