how to know 'what time it is in saints row third' ?
Also , if I do not transfer my hourly income & spend it , then will the money keep accumulating ?
Also , i do not see activity in areas other than i selected to take over .
Do I have to clear all activities in mine first ?

You don't know what time it is. It is Night, morning, noon or evening, no time cycle.

It won't, you can increase the limit of how much money you can have ready for pick up by upgrading cribs etc... but eventually it will reach its limit and you won't get any more money unless you transfer it. Don't see a reason though why you would let it pile up while you can simply transfer it any time you want, which takes barely 5 seconds.

How far are you in the story? You need to complete the mission 'The belgian problem' (if you haven't reached it, I won't spoil, but it is the mission in which you go inside the big red skyscraper). After that mission the activities in the districts east and west of downtown will unlock.

I wish - if I get a notification when my money collection has reached limit ?
I think there is temporary & permanent respect , For example- when I nearly miss many vehicles on road I reach up to respect 16 . But on completing mission the animation fills the respect level 4 a little bit. Is that true ?

I don't think you get a notification when money collection has reached its limit, I've never had it before :S You only get one when you have money to transer avaiable as far as I know.

When you complete a mission you see the bar fill up. Respect level 4 means which level you are, it can go up to 50. The 16 when near missing vehicles are points you get, from which you need a specific amount to reach the next respect level. So lets say you need 2000 respect points to reach level 5 and you get 20 points to near miss a vehicle, that would mean you need to near miss 100 vehicles to reach the next respect level. Got it?

P.S. about the first question, time never changes, but if you really want to change time, it changes when you reload your save, when you start/finish an activity and I THINK (not sure) sometimes when you are in your crib using the elevators or are in the menu, though not sure about this.

If you really want to change time to your linkings, you can use this mod:

Just copy all the files of that mod in your root directory and then ingame go to cheats and enter 'ticktock' and then you go to 'world' and you should see 'change time of day'. Every time you press it it goes to the next time of day. Cheat flagging is disabled with this mod so you shouldn't get any message that you have cheats enabled.

I do not want to use cheat except when difficulty of activity is frustating. Like , I am annoyed of 'escort' .
If using cheats disables achievements or gets in statistics then I am against them . Otherwise it is nice .

(1)Also , is there any specific hood I should choose to take over which makes mission easier or harder ?
(2)Is there any 'savegame file' that I can put on another computer having same game installed ?
(3)Can I get online pdf of game walkthrough ? Though I have seen nice explanation at http://www.ign.com/wikis/saints-row-the-third . Wish there as offline resource instead of browsing.
