i was a little disappointed that the vanilla TOD changes didn't effect steelport at all, just change time of day or have the camera use different filters. it would be cool to see new TODs made by the community that change steelport completely (i.e cars, civilian and cop clothes, billboards etc.) best example would be fifties steelport.
