Toggle-able Upgrades

Hey, I really hate making mod requests, it makes me feel lazy and leech-like, but would it be possible to make a mod that toggles upgrade bonuses? Specifically, the damage-related ones like "No Fall Damage", "No Fire Damage" etc. and their counterparts/other versions?

It's a pretty common request. Minimaul is actually working on a save editor that will let you do just that. We're all pretty much waiting patiently for its release.
