Hi guys,
so I love SR2, me and my best pal have been playing ti for years and I have been able to play over various laptops I have had.
Currently I am using a Sony Vaio with Intel Core i5 processor using Windows 8 Pro. Weirdly Windows 8 hasnt fixed SR2 speed bug like others, but I managed to fix that using powertools...I think. It definitely slowed the game down to a managable pace but my REAL problem is constant crashing. Saying 'sr2.exe stopped working'. Now this could be instantly when I enter a game, or after a little of running around, or maybe driving a car. It just occurs randomly, very very annoying because I honestly have run out ideas, and I don't want to give up on the game.
Like i said before the crashing usually occurs when I drive, it stutters then completely stops, it also does this online in coop with my mate. I cannot pin point it and I don't know what else to try, yes I have uninstalled (4 times), verified cache multiple times, used the stopclock to get precise speed settings, used GoTR mod, powertools ect ect ect.
If anyone still has this CONSTANT crashing for a reason which I can't see, or has a solution help would really be appreciated.
