Trouble with clones

I have a problem with the third mission where you have to protect Johnny on the bridge. After the helicopter picks me up and I clear the ground and roof tops of military, the helicopter won't turn to allow me to shoot at the military helicopters and as a result johnny dies and mission failed :(
 
Someone on SA mentioned that exact same problem, and couldn't figure out why. Have you tried removing all mods and giving it another try?

I'm doing that today. I posted in General chat cos I did not consider it a modding problem. Thanks for moving it.

Uninstalling all mods made no difference :( I think I will have to re install and start a new game.

Edit; Re Installed, new game and in the second mission after raiding the military camp, all military helicopters are invisible???? Time to check graphic settings.

Edit; Finally figured it out. It had something to do with the auto targeting on the RPG (similar to the sniper rifle when you see things in the distance but when you zoom in, they aren't there) Downgrading to a level 1 RPG fixed the problem and I was able to complete the mission on my high level save file.
