This is my version of the Togo 13 upgraded
Many thanks to minimauls for the tools to extract the files necessary
I felt that for a dlc sniper rifle the sound quality was horrible and should have upgrades the same as
the McManus 2015 so I set out and these are my results.
changes are as follows:
level 2,3,4 added ( level 4 most effective and sound changed)
level 4 includes explosive bullets
higher range ( 1000 meters) for true sniper that's good anyways
some weapon slots moved ( stun gun in pistol slot now,reaper drone moved to explosive,togo moved to special with other sniper rifle and so forth as I saw fit)
All I can say is at level 4 shoot a gas tank on a car and see what happens
Shoot someone from 1000 yards see what happens
Shoot a helicopter and I bet you win
You get the idea
Install instructions are simple extract contents of file and copy to your main saints row the third
directory where your saints row the third.exe file is located
Note: if you are using other mods that use the weapons.xtbl file you may have to edit this file
