I don't know wtf is going on with this. After a certain point I kept getting this message when trying to complete Pierce's "Fun Trumps All" side quest.
I thought that maybe completing all the other side quests might resolve the issue. I've tried activating it from the simulation and on the ship. Same result ever time.
