Ultimate disintegrator

[Ultimate Sirkanungo]

I made this disintegrator the most powerful weapon in SR4 with extreme rate of fire and high damage.I disabled the slow charging of alien weapons also.This works on my SR4 version 1.0.0.1.This is the first mod i made by my own.If i overpowered the disintegrator...sorry.Please give me your ideas.

Installing instructuions
Extract the below file in your sr4 game dictionary.

Looks like a bizarre way to spell "excellent"... so, "excellent mod" is my guess.
