I believe on one of his YouTube videos he said "Ultor Rising isn't built to be used with other mods", so it's probably best to uninstall.

I have mods that are from GOTR like stuff you can pick out when you download GOTR

Other mods Jeb means like SR1 graphics mod as an example, or files that edit weapons that are not in default GOTR. If you use mods from GOTR, then it shouldnt be a problem to use it.

Weapons are quite embedded within the mod, making a standalone for those would take too much time to bother.

It would be awesome in the future if you could make a standalone mod with all the cool weapons

Is there a way to still have cop notoriety? i like this mod but killing and causing chaos doesnt feel the same without killing cops too, especially with the new guns, i know that it might conflict with you having the cops as followers but maybe as a mission or something
