Unlocks relocking: Shogo's Outfit/Bike

Hi! I was playing with one of my friends tonight, they were hosting, and we completed the Rest In Peace mission, so I put on Shogo's Jacket and recolored it with GotR. I was pretty excited but didn't save, and the game crashed shortly after. I was upset to have lost the progress, so I replayed the mission with my friend on their save, and it claims I unlocked the outfit, but wouldn't unlock it for me. I checked unlockable items, and it's there, claiming to be unlocked, but when I check my garage it's not there, the individual items are not in my wardrobe, only the whole saved outfit, which bugs out and causes the jacket to disappear if I try to change any part of the upper body's clothing. I've gone back to a save where it wasn't unlocked, unlocked it again, and it's still not there, can anyone advise me on a course of action short of "make an entirely new save". Is there a way to edit my save or something to re-enable the outfit?

but when I check my garage it's not there,

Your garage? You mean your wardrobe, right? Also, sr2 unlocks and saves are also weird in the vanilla game and not just GotR. It sounds like something is corrupt with your save. There are no save editors for SR2, but there is another work around you can try. If you enable the open pricing optional mod in GotR and build a new patch then all unlockable outfits (like Shogo's) are available for sale at On the Rag. You can also check the new Stilwater Gift Shop car dealership that's near Buy Jove to buy any vehicle unlocks for $1 as well (like Shogo's Kaneda motorcycle.) After buying what you need and saving, you can then remove that open pricing mod and rebuild a new patch without it to restore all the correct pricing.

Hope that helps!

My bad, I should have specified that in that case it was that the bike was also missing from the garage despite registering as unlocked in addition to the outfit being missing from the wardrobe. I'll go ahead and use the open pricing mod then, but what precisely do you mean by "build a new patch"? I'm sorry, my knowledge on this subject is incredibly limited. If there's simply an FAQ or something I'll go look for that instead. Thanks for the quick response!

GotR allows you to select options and then at the end build a custom patch with all your selections. You would do that and move it to the sr2 install folder just like you did when you first installed the mod.

Thank you so much! I got it all back and all in the right colors and yeah, pretty happy about that. Thanks for implementing all this, really, makes Saints Row 2 the most entertaining SR game in the whole series so far as I'm concerned.
