Using Hairs from SR4 in SR3?

Hi~
I was wondering if there is any possible way for me to use the hairs from SR4 in SR3? I'm a total noob at the techy stuff but I think it can be done. If anybody out there knows how to do this, I would appreciate it if you could share the methods of doing it. :):)
 
Most of the hairstyles in SRIV are already in SRTT already. As for the rest, I doubt it without the SDK
