Vehicle/Ped weapons in Co-op

I don't know if this has been issued before, but lately when I enter someone else's game, guns like the ones in the specter, vtols, tanks..., don't work, and peds (cops and gangs) have no guns either. Is this normal?

It's likely a weapon mod either on your end or the person you're cooping with. Snipe had that issue with his mod when he tried to change a weapon to a different slot than it should normally use.

Thank you for your quick answer. Surely it must be me , I have Snipe's mod with some modifications of my own. The thing is, I was in one game once, and at first I was able to use the laser gun I put in the Specter, and in one moment, BAM, laser gone...
