Very serious issues with GoS

First off,I didnt install the latest gos (yet),as I didnt have time. I have...the second newest or something. Now,the issues.
I started a new game (this time without cheats xP) and everything went fine,untill I finished the Airplane mission. I needed to enter the Friendly Fire and purchase a gun upgrade,and while I was browsing the alarm suddenly went off and I got 3 Notoriety. Luckily I had the Forced No Notoriety mod. This doesnt have to be neccesarily a bug,could just be Shaundi fucking around. Now,I did the armory raid. Everything went fine,UNTILL THE UAV DRONES. I disabled all the tanks very fast with guided missles and then holding left mouse down (speeding the missile up). I though I was finished,as my charachter automatically closed the drone control. I didnt have any new objectives though,and didnt hear the normal dialogue. When I went outside,I saw Pierce's chopper,with the bomb,just floating in the air,doing nothing. I ended up firing a UAV missile at his chopper to restart the mission. Now,everything went normal except a chopper that decided to land on the middle of the road,but I could live with that. (Bug count, 2 or 3.) But then....holy crap. That chopper bit,where you are in the choppers with LMGs and fire at other choppers was COMPLETELY FUCKED UP. The enemy choppers started at the ground and didnt lift up,thus crashing into the nearby buidlings. Now,the chopper where I was in didnt do anything at all either,and crashed into another building. The chopper survived,but was in a weird position (a bit of floating vertically....). All the dialogue continued as normal...whats up? Btw,the enemy choppers (I got a quick glance at them)...one was a Saints chopper. WTF.

You must to update to the latest build of GoS whether you bought the dlc or not. There are a ton of vanilla changes from the patch that affect everyone. In the future, always make sure you are updated to the latest version of any mod before reporting problems. Otherwise, any mod author will tell you exactly that since troubleshooting would be useless.

Also, you may have installed the optional mod to convert all the helis to boats so you could customize them at the boat dock. Then after customizing you forgot to build a new version without that mod to convert them back to helis. That could certainly cause behavior like that as well.
