Viola, Lin, Donnie as a homie mod.

I heard that Viola, Lin , donnie, and others from SRTT were cut as a homie, but their model, audiologs, Homie Icon, and some audiofiles are still in the game's data and viola also has an entry in homies.xtbl (as far as i know) but marked as "MaybeDLC. someone ever posted an image of viola in SRIV in some thread, (forgot the link). even hoeward could make new homies mod http://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/new-homies.3584/
but doesnt include lin cuz he said he has no time for that, could anyone make the mod i requested?
 
He didn't include Lin not because he has no time to do so, but simply because she and Viola are marked as DLC which means as long as we don't get confirmation that they won't appear in a future DLC, he can't add them, as he would enable paid content for free if he did.
