First post here, but I've been lurking for a little while. I have two three mod requests. I suspect the second one will be harder to do, if it's even possible... but I'm no modder, I just love the mods that I've found.
1) A mod that lets you access your crib weapons cache from anywhere. If I'm out in the field and get bored of a particular weapon and want to switch up, it's annoying to have to hoof it all the way to the closest crib to continue slaughtering pixels at maximum fun.
2) A mod that lets you adjust the pitch of the Boss voice. Not a completely new voice, but something that can filter the existing voice (everything the Boss says, cutscenes would be a bonus) to be higher or lower. That way we would, in effect, have a lot more voices to choose from without having to have new voice files.
3) Thought of this one after I posted. Is it at all possible to show which stunt jumps you've done successfully (maybe a dot on the map or something). I'm a completionist, and I hate when I do a stunt jump "out of order" so I have to remember which one I have to skip.
