Weapon Rate of Fire?

Is it possible to convert the 5rnd burst rifle to be a semi automatic rifle? or change any other weapon to burst or full auto?
 
Get back to me the specifics you want.... And i will create this for you. In the meantime i will upload you my own weapon mod.
-Ar55 is now a full auto/Single fire with increased rate of fire(Rapid fire)
- Gang Pistol now has a higher rate of fire simular to the police pistol with increased damage
- AK47 now has increased damage
- Rocket launcher can now fire in full auto
