Wearable Neko Outfit from Super Power Fight Club

I'm here to request a mod that add to the game a wearable Neko Outfit that one girl wear in the Super Power Fight Club Activite where you fight Night Blade, that mod exist? I haven't found it. Can anyone make something like that? Thanks in advance.

The NPC outfit aren't outfit, like the BOSS, they are their own mesh, thus they can't be "stripped" it'll require replacing the body with the boss, and might cause odd problem like the Cyrus armor.

You'll lose the head.

Looks like all you'd need is an eyepatch,the ears,and the arm pieces. You can fudge the rest with what's in the game already.
