Wearing bottoms with Certain suits (Resolved)

Hey, what's happin'?
Yesterday I had this good idea to try and see if I could get the Towel Wrap Suit to work with pants and shoes. Today I had no such luck. I've tried removing some stuff and adding some stuff, but not thing. Is there anything I might need to know about this? Like is it hardcoded or what?

UPDATE: Turns out I figured out how to get it to work. I had to Update the ASM. Or at least I Think that's what it was. After going thru and editing again in Notepad ++ I updated the files with Minimaul's tool and BAM! It worked.

Remove the Obscured Slots and/or VIDs if you haven't done so already. If you have, I don't know.

Yup did that. There was also a Multi Slot line. Removed that and nothing. Even used the New Customization_Items table from the patch. Notta. This is kinda mind bogglin' , but I'm sure somethin' will work if not, well I'll just have to wait for the SDK then. Thanks for the help.

To Add: I also used Notepad ++. Still nothin'.
