What could be causing this crash?

I've got four mods installed on Saints Row 3. Sandbox+, Snipes Temporary Weapons Permanently (pretty sure it's not this one), Jon's Vehicle Handling Mod, and the Decker Specialist Homie mod. Whenever I try to have a vehicle delivered to me, the game crashes, I am almost certain that this is the result of the Decker Specialist mod, but as I quite like the mod, I'd like to know what specifically is causing the crash so I can find that line in the xtbl and rectify it.
