As the thread title says, what value determines whether neck slot items show when wearing a particular article of clothing? There are a few items I quite like the look of, but with every one of these items I wish my character still wore her choker. Is that something that would be easily moddable?
edit: Turns out it is! Just take out the following lines:
<Obscured_slot>
<Slot>long chain</Slot>
</Obscured_slot>
from any item you want to see your character wear a neck slot item with.
