Hey guys, what do you mean? Is better GTA or SR? I think, both games are really good, but GTA V is better than SR:IV.
What is better?

Yeah. That's true.
You can't really compare GTA to SR anymore, as GTA is still a gangster series and SR became parody of itself (pretty good parody, I must say, but still). Rockstar has much bigger budget though.

Vehicle customization and weapons in Saints Row IV deserve a higher rating (GTA IV didn't have vehicle customization at all, don't forget about that) but I agree with the rest.I have hundreds of hours in both series, so I'll bite.

The ratings are for the latest releases of the game. That being SRIV and GTAV. It says so in the sentence I wrote right above the ratings.
You'll also notice that a lot of people praise the vehicle customization in GTA V. It is one of the best customization you can do for cars in any game on PC (that includes dedicated racing games). But compared to games like Forza, i dropped it from what should be a 9.5 or even a 10 down to a 7.5
Using that as a reference, and seeing how much better the GTAV customization is for vehicles compared to SRIV, there's no way it's anywhere close to 7.5. And let's not forget the fact that vehicles were made entirely fucking USELESS in SRIV.
As for weapons. They are all useless except one. Thanks to the genius of Volition, the added Sprint superpower means all you need is a maxed out Full Auto Shotgun.
1. Sprint to enemies.
2. Waste 100 of them in 5 seconds with full auto shotgun.
3. Game over.
Not only did SRIV make vehicles useless, they basically made weapons useless as well. I gave a fair rating in my opinion, but I respect yours.
Also, the clothing in GTAV is fine for me. A greater selection would indeed be nice, or even just a color changer for it. But I have a different outfits that already look fine to me. Everything from a beach outfit, hoodie, biker, and the heist outfit.

I know, I meant that GTA V took and improved vehicle customization from Saints Row as there was none in GTA IV. There was some kind of it in San Andreas but it was very poor. Vehicle customization in Saints Row IV deserves at least 6 in my opinion. And weapons, well, they match the wacky style of the game and are fun to kill with, I'd give them 5.5.
