Where is the inauguration station?

Two days ago Sr4 conflicted with inauguration station and stopped to work.
now I cheeked on my steam library and I don't see the inauguration station icon. I tried to install it but nothing happens. I tried to launch inauguration station from my PC and it doesn't launch. Now I started Sr4 and it seems to work fine. But is normal that initiation station is disabled?

I've been having the same issue. I thought it was just my Steam acting up like it does occasionally, but the Inauguration Station refuses to re-install on my Steam.
 
I removed the folder yesterday because of a conflict with saints row IV that later i discovered was caused by a mod.
But I still can't download the IS
 
the one that made minigames easier (difficulty levels). I removed that mod and now Saints Row IV works.
 
Well, that's weird - I use that mod but SRIV runs smoothly, it is only the Inauguration Station that vanished.

Edit: did you mean Easier Activity Goals?

The mod I downloaded from this site was named difficulty_levels.
