Where to find DLC in game?

Picked up Game of the Century edition, and I'm wondering where to find all the DLC stuff? I know with SR3 it popped up as soon as you started the game of all the stuff that's been added. I'm loading an old save game from when SR4 was free to play for a weekend back in January, and I'm not getting any popups indicating any DLC is available (Steam is showing all the DLC as being installed).
 
The DLC (most of it) unlocks about 1-1.5 hours in, forget which mission. if you are further than that, run another side mission or something and they should enable after completing it.
 
The mission they unlock after is The Real World/The Escape. It's when you finally get access to gateways.
