Will Agents of Mayhem be moddable?

So this is just me being curious here. Will AoM be moddable and If so to what degree?

I really want to make some custom cities for Agents of Mayhem. If that would be possible.

Thank you - I really hope that they add the ability to make custom cities for AoM.

I have been dying for that since the mod tools first came out.

They didn't even release Map Editor for SR but maybe they will for AoM.

Would be cool to see it happen sometime later after the release, but it would probably take some years of developing it.
