Would it be possible to change the Saints that spawn in your territory with Zombies that don't attack the player (zombies that are essentially Saints themselves)?

I can do so if you would like the NPCs to still act as though they are saints... I can make every saint in the game can be a zombie NPC if you're still looking for. The mod
