I have SRIV GoG version from ...rowreloaded.com (they said all dlc)>
But there are nothing in EXTRA menu except "Credit" and "Digital.... only.
I have follow all instructions but nothing happened.....

The mod doesn't add anything new to the extras, that's not how cheats work in SR4
Anyway you pirated the game...
