action_play_synced_state(attacker_name, victim_name, anim_name)

Parameters:
attacker_name (string) name of the attacker of the synced anim
victim_name (string) name of the victim of the synced anim
anim_name (string) name of the synced animation to play
 
Returns:
none

Description:
Play a synced animation state

returns: whether the animation started
